With quick and efficient responses from our experienced team, we were able to resolve vehicle issues within hours, reducing costly vehicle downtime and ensuring Auto Windscreens could provide their customers with the service they expect.
Impressed by the level of service received, the service provision was then expanded to include Auto Windcreens’ fleet MOT requirements, including email reminders, taking care of the booking process and sending booking confirmations.
We’ve been working with Auto Windscreens since 2019 and have enabled them to consistently achieve 98% fleet availability.
