Emergency Roadside Assistance
We understand how important it is to keep mission-critical vehicles moving. Our rapid response option is operational 24/7/365, even on Christmas Day. In an emergency our experienced team will prioritise your critical vehicles and get them back on the road as quickly as possible.
Utilising the strength of our network, we can ringfence appropriate stock for specialist fitments and make sure we get the right tyre to the right place when you need it most.
Our team will manage the entire process and response, ensuring drivers are reassured and kept up to date, and taking the burden away from drivers and fleet managers.
The Fleet Tyre Experts
We pride ourselves on our tyre expertise. Owned by Sumitomo Rubber Industries and part of Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS), the largest independent wholesaler, distributor and retailer of tyres in the UK, we have access to a UK stockholding in excess of 1.3 million tyres.
We stock tyres for all vehicle types from cars to vans, electric vehicles, SUVs, 4x4s, HGVs, motorcycles and specialist fitments such as police motorbikes and Unimogs.
With the option of loose or fitted tyres, and supported by over 1,100 tyre fitting vehicles, including over 550 out-of-hours support vehicles, we can tailor a fleet support package to suit your requirements.

Service, Maintenance and Repair
In addition to our tyre expertise, at MFS we also offer service, maintenance and repair services. Supported by our links with Protyre Autocare, we have over 184 Protyre Autocentres that provide extensive services across tyre fitting, MOTs, servicing, wheel alignment, diagnostics and much more.
We offer a variety of maintenance options, vehicle servicing, MOTs (classes 1,2,4 & 7), cambelts, exhausts, brakes, batteries, suspension, aircon re-gassing and more. With electric and hybrid-certified technicians at most of our centres, we can also look after your hybrid and electric vehicles safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Our centres use high-spec equipment including HaynesPro, Launch diagnostic tools, Hunter and Hoffman Megaplan equipment and ADAS diagnostic tools, enabling us to quickly diagnose and resolve any issues with your fleet vehicles.

When you sign up to our complete fleet management service, we’ll take care of everything, from tyre supply to service, maintenance, repair and MOTs. We’ll take the hassle out of fleet management by taking ownership of the full process – keeping your vehicles moving, saving fleet managers time, and ensuring drivers are kept up to date.
Through fleet inspections and preventative maintenance, vehicle downtime is reduced, and we’ll make sure your fleet is safe, reliable and legal. Proactive vehicle maintenance can improve safety through reduced tyre failures, accident prevention and improved stopping distances.
Our team of tyre experts will provide support and technical advice on the correct fitment, brands and wheel sizes. You’ll deal with a single point of contact, receive consolidated billing, access to our booking management tools and regular updates. We’ll also provide SMS updates to the driver, ensuring your team remain informed and reassured.
